Design Process
Step 1: Explore
Welcome! You’ve found Flourish Florals & Events, where we believe every occasion deserves beautiful blooms. Take a look around—browse our website, explore our floral styles, and see how we can bring your vision to life. Whether you’re planning a wedding, baby shower, corporate gathering, or backyard celebration, you’re in the right place.
Step 2: Inquire
When you’re ready to learn more, fill out our simple Inquiry Form— found on our Contact Us page. Tell us about your event, your date, and your floral dreams. It only takes a few minutes and helps us check availability and get the conversation started.
Step 3: Consultation & Q&A
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll send over a short questionnaire to get to know you and your event better. We’ll talk through your colors, style, and budget so we can design something that fits both your vision and your space perfectly.
Step 4: Design Recommendation
Next, we’ll create a custom floral design recommendation—a preview of arrangements and décor options that best suit your theme and venue. We’ll review it together (either in person or virtually) to make sure everything feels just right.
Step 5: Proposal & Booking
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a formal proposal, contract, and invoice. Once your retainer is received, your date is secured, and we’ll get to work bringing your floral vision to life!
Step 6: Planning Session
About six weeks before your event, we’ll meet to confirm all the details—arrangement quantities, colors, delivery logistics, and any last-minute updates. It’s our way of making sure everything is seamless from start to finish.
Step 7: Your Event Day
Relax and enjoy your special day—we’ve got everything covered! Our team will handle setup, styling, and cleanup so you can focus on celebrating. Your florals will be fresh, intentional, and unforgettable—no matter the occasion.
