Ordering

Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 days of purchase. Payment is required at checkout. We do not accept same-day or next-day orders.

Pickup (Public Meetup)

Pickup orders are coordinated at a pre-arranged public meetup location in Frankfort, Kentucky. We will contact you after purchase to confirm your pickup details.

If you miss your scheduled pickup, we cannot guarantee same-day rescheduling. No refunds are issued for missed pickup times.

Delivery

We deliver within a 40-mile radius of Frankfort, Kentucky. Delivery fees are based on distance and shown at checkout. Deliveries may include but are not limited to Frankfort, Versailles, Midway, Lawrenceburg, Georgetown, Shelbyville, and select areas of Lexington.

If the recipient is not available, flowers may be left in a safe, shaded area. Once delivered, responsibility for flower care transfers to the recipient. Flourish Florals is not responsible for damage due to weather or exposure after delivery.

Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers, greenery, or vases with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the color palette and design style of your chosen arrangement. Substitutions ensure freshness and quality of your order.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our floral arrangements are made to order using perishable materials:

  • All sales are final.
  • Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once placed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with a description and photo so we may review and assist.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order. This may include your name, address, phone number, and payment information. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except those required to process payments or deliveries securely.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information.

Terms of Service

By purchasing from Flourish Florals LLC, you agree to the following:

  • All arrangements are custom-made and may vary from example photos due to flower availability.
  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days.
  • Flourish Florals reserves the right to substitute flowers or containers when necessary.
  • All sales are final; refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
  • Once flowers are delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
  • Flourish Florals LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages once an order has been completed and delivered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes will be handled in Franklin County, Kentucky.
